Lodge Policies:

Hidden Creek, and Strawberry Lodge Payment Policies:

• We Require half deposit upon reservation, and remainder 90 days prior to arrival.
• For a one night stay we require full payment.
• Holiday reservations must be paid 180 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policies:*

• 90 days prior arrival date in order to receive deposit back minus a 20% processing fee.
• Holiday’s — 180 days before reservation date to receive deposit minus a 20% processing fee.

* Ponderosa Lodge requires and extra $500 security deposit to use the pool table. Deposit will be refunded as long as pool table is left as found and equipment is returned in full.

 

* Cancellations must be made within this time to receive any deposit back.

Alpine, and Ponderosa Lodge Payment Policies:

• For a one night stay we require full payment.
• Holiday reservations must be paid 120 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policies:*

• 60 days prior arrival date in order to receive deposit back minus a 20% processing fee.
• Holiday’s — 120 days before reservation date to receive deposit minus a 20% processing fee.

* Cancellations must be made within this time to receive any deposit back.
