Studios & 1 -2 Bedrooms

We Require half deposit upon reservation, half on arrival. For a one night stay we require full payment. Holiday reservations must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations: must be made 14 days prior arrival date in order to receive deposit back minus a 10% processing fee. Holiday cancellations must be made 30 days before reservation date to receive deposit minus a 20% processing fee. you must cancel within this time to receive any deposit back.

3 bedrooms & Rustic Romance

Lodges

Alpine Lodge and Ponderosa Lodge:
We Require half deposit upon reservation, 60 days prior to arrival. For a one night stay we require full payment. Holiday reservations must be paid 120 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations: must be made 60 days prior arrival date in order to receive deposit back minus a 20% processing fee. Holiday cancellations must be made 120 days before reservation date to receive deposit minus a 20% processing fee. you must cancel within this time to receive any deposit back. In Ponderosa Lodge,we require and extra $500 security deposit when you choose to use the pool table Deposit is fully refundable as long as pool table is left as found and equipment is returned in full.

Hidden Creek Lodge and Strawberry Lodge:
We Require half deposit upon reservation, 90 days prior to arrival. For a one night stay we require full payment. Holiday reservations must be paid 180 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations: must be made 90 days prior arrival date in order to receive deposit back minus a 20% processing fee. Holiday cancellations must be made 180 days before reservation date to receive deposit minus a 20% processing fee. you must cancel within this time to receive any deposit back.

Pet Policies

Pet approved cabins:

• All one bedrooms
• 2 bedrooms Fisherman's Hideaway, (Little House, small pets only)
• Three bedrooms Storybook Cottage, By the Pond ,
• Four bedroom cabins Ponderosa lodge
   

$10 a night per pet, + $100 refundable (so long as there is no damage) pet deposit per pet. You must register your pet upon arrival.

We love your well behaved pets at Pine Rose. With our 6 acres and ponds and stream we have an ideal location for you and your pets. In order to make sure you and your pet have a great stay we have some policies that need to be followed.

1. All pets must remain on leash outside of cabin.
2. Pets are never to be left alone in cabin, If you must leave please ask about pet setters.
3. Pets barking and disturbing other cabins will be asked to leave.
4. Pet owners are responsible for picking up all pet do-dos (we have pet mitts located around property)
5. Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds or sofas ( if your pet likes to sleep on sofas we ask you to bring blankets to cover the furniture). You will charged for pet hair found on furniture.
6. We recommend you bring towels for pets with messy paws. Cabin towels are for people guests only.
