How Pine Rose Is Set Up
Cabin Style Retreat
Pine Rose is designed as a cabin-style retreat rather than a hotel or traditional conference center, offering a relaxed, spread-out environment for your group.
- Your group stays across multiple individual cabins (not one central building)
- Shared sleeping spaces and bathrooms, not one room per person
- Designed for connection and time together, not separation
- Relaxed, spread-out setting across the property
Cabins include shared sleeping areas and bathrooms, ideal for groups comfortable sharing space. Much of the experience happens between cabins, gathering outdoors, moving throughout the property, and spending time together rather than separating into individual rooms.
This creates a more social, connected atmosphere that feels very different from a traditional hotel stay.
Group Size & Property Layout
Pine Rose offers a unique group setup with 20 cabins spread across approximately 5 acres, creating a spacious and natural environment for your stay.
- Maximum occupancy of 145 guests
- 48 bedrooms, 29 bathrooms and 93 beds in total
- We have Studios, 1-Bedrooms, 2-Bedrooms, 3-Bedrooms & Lodges (4 of each size)
The variety of cabin sizes allows groups to spread out or stay together, depending on their needs.
All cabins include fully equipped kitchens, along with private decks, patios, or picnic areas with barbecues, making it easy to gather, cook, and spend time together.
Across the property, you’ll also find shared gathering spaces, recreational areas, ponds and streams, and a pool, everything designed to support a relaxed, connected group experience.
Outdoor Gathering Spaces & Venue Options
The property is designed around outdoor gathering, with natural spaces that encourage connection and shared time. Many groups use outdoor areas, cabin decks, and open spaces as part of their experience.
Outdoor Seasonal Gathering (May – October): During this time, we offer several outdoor venue options, available midweek only:
- A larger outdoor venue accommodating up to 150 guests
- A smaller outdoor venue accommodating up to 50 guests
- Our pool area, which can host gatherings of up to 75 guests
Indoor Year Round Options (November – April): During the winter season, we offer options for smaller indoor gatherings, along with nearby spaces for larger group needs:
- Select lodges can accommodate indoor meetings of up to 30 guests
- Two nearby venues within walking distance are available for rental for larger meetings, workshops, or structured gatherings
Planning & Availability
Planning a group stay doesn’t have to be complicated, we’ve designed our process to be flexible, straightforward, and easy to manage from start to finish.
- Reserve your stay up to 2 years in advance with just a 5-10% non-refundable deposit
- Flexible booking options, including payment plans or a personalized booking link for individual guest payments
- Preferred group rates and special pricing designed to make planning more accessible
Because of Pine Rose’s long-standing popularity, availability can be one of the biggest factors when planning your stay, so we recommend checking availability early if this feels like a good fit.
- Midweek (Year-Round): Midweek offers the most flexibility and is the most reliable option for group stays.
- Weekends (May – October): Weekends during this time are in high demand and primarily reserved for weddings, often booked 1–2 years in advance.
- Group availability on peak-season weekends is very limited.
